Thank you W for lifting the Presidential ban. No, I don't believe for one second that new exploration will occur any time soon, but the important thing is you've done your part. Now it's up to our friends in Congress. Based on their quotes in the attached link, it's little wonder to me that their approval ratings aren't even in double digits right now.
I'm happy political points are made while I'm paying $4.25 a gallon.
